The team works under the able guidance of our partners Mr. Rishi Harlalka & Mr. Madhur Harlalka who have collective experience of thirteen years.

Rishi Harlalka:
One of the founding partners of the firm, Rishi heads the International tax, Income tax, Transfer Pricing practice, Tax Financial Planning and Business set-up services besides being involved in the other services of the firm, such as M&A services. Rishi is also responsible for handling Corporate and Multinational clients across a wide range of industries.

A Chartered Accountant (securing 35th All India merit) and a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Rishi is a visiting faculty at the ICAI and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has also written several articles on international tax in various leading journals.

Prior to co-founding the firm, Rishi has worked with KPMG's Indian member firm in Bangalore for six years. There he was involved in income-tax advisory services, international tax and was a part of core transfer pricing team. He was also involved in advisory service on inbound and outbound investment structuring.

Madhur Harlalka:
A Chartered Accountant and an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Madhur is the other founding partner of firm. At present, he is heading the Indirect tax and the Assurance practice, besides being involved in other services of firm, such as M&A services. He is also handling the Corporates and Multinational clients across various industrial domains.

Madhur is a visiting faculty at the ICAI and the ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India). He has also written several articles on indirect taxes in leading journals. He is also actively involved in a nation-wide initiative of the ICAI to impart technical training to tax commissioners several matters related to service tax and central excise - an initiative that has been acknowledged by the Hon'ble Union Finance Minister of India.

Prior to co-founding the firm, Madhur has worked with prominent Chartered Accountants in Bangalore in different indirect taxes and assurance services, like - Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, Systems and Management Audit and Bank Audits.
