His work profile includes corporate income-tax advisory, litigation support, international tax, transfer pricing, foreign investment approvals, outbound investment structuring, exchange control services, M&A services etc.

Mr. Madhur Harlalka, a Fellow Chartered Accountant, specialises in Indirect taxes and Audit services. Prior to co-founding the firm he has worked with leading Chartered Accountant firms of Bangalore in the areas of sales tax, VAT, service tax, excise, customs, etc. besides being involved in various statutory and internal audits and M&A services.

Mr. Tejas Vora, as Associate Chartered Accountant, specialises in Business Set up and Business Support services. Prior to co-founding the firm he has worked with a leading Chartered Accountant firm in the areas of Inbound investment structuring, Company registration and related matters, regulatory compliances, exchange control advisory, accounting, MIS reporting, payroll, tax compliance, etc. Tejas is also involved in M&A advisory services.
